Lexington Plumbing & Heating acquired the industrial building at 1600-1620 Troost Ave. in Kansas City, MO, from Husar Industries for $1.1 million, or about $32 per square foot. The property at 1600-1620 Troost Ave. is one story, measures 34,000 square feet and was constructed in 1970. John Stafford of Heise-Meyer Properties represented the seller. Meyer Companies Continues to Help the Community

Look at this incredible work Meyer Companies did for Marian Hope Center!!…. We are on our way…the playground is delivered and we are waiting for the company to come install. After that, we have to let the concrete set for a month before the padding can be put on.

We had a great meeting last night with the General Manager and Director of Marketing for theNew Independence Events Center. They have chose Marian Hope Center as an IndependenceNon-Profit group to support! We will be doing some fund raising events in that beautiful new facility – very exciting news for Marian Hope Center!!
